Or: How to guide you through the regulatory maze,
find practical solutions and see to the security of government contracts
and tenders.
Twenty years of experience in the service of major local
governments, as well as the capacity of local elected official of one
of our partners, enable us to make our way in this universe with a dual
capacity as genuine player and consultant, specialist and generalist.
We monitor the development of some of the largest French local governments
– in the Greater Paris region, in particular – and also of
some of their satellites: government-controlled companies, public institutions.
We act on three levels:
- Negotiation and preparation of real estate agreements,
- Preparation of certain organic documents relating to neighborhoods,
- Appraisal of the development of the city from the urban planning point
of view.
