Banking law in the notary's field
We are active in two different areas:

We put in place an organization, on the level of information technology
and through the creation of a dedicated team, which enables our banking
clients to optimize their processing of loans to individuals.

We advise banks and financial institutions which provide financing in
the context of real estate investment transactions or sales of portfolios.
We prepare bond agreements, surety commitments, and take part in securitization
transactions. We dedicate to our clients – banks and financial institutions
– a software package which provides a quick and secure processing
of projects.
