Audit, Acquisition and Sale of real
estate portfolios
In such matters, the Cheuvreux Firm supports its client
during all phases of the transaction – analysis of the situation
in terms of city regulations applicable to projected changes in the real
estate complex, property titles, acquisition of a building, description
of the division into volumes, cooperative ownership rules, creation of
a holding company, etc.
Quite frequently, the Firm prepares complex real estate transactions characterized
by a Public/Private interaction.
In projects of this kind, the Cheuvreux firm acts on behalf of its clients
at different stages of the transaction:

Due diligence: Highly detailed analysis of each of the properties concerned
by the sale, drawing up of reports on each of them, summary of the difficulties
to be cleared. The conclusions we transmit must enable our client to make
a decision in full knowledge of the risks incurred.

Packaging of the transaction, participation in the negotiations by acting
as "interface" between the negotiations and the contract, all
in such a manner as to allow the client to have the negotiations make
progress in total legal security.
 -
Design and writing of pre-contracts and contracts.
If we represent the seller, we can organize a "private
call for bids" on its behalf, and structure its access to the real
estate market in the context of its search for an acquisition.
