Our clients buy houses, apartments or building sites,
either for purposes of their own housing or to take advantage of tax benefits
attached to investments in rental properties (Malraux Act, Robien Act,
etc.).
We give legal advice to our clients during the drafting of the preliminary
contract which, further to the SRU [Solidarity and Urban Renewal] Act
of December 13, 2000, has become the central moment of the negotiations
between seller and buyer.
Since such an investment or sale is often of concern to the entire family,
we make sure to be as clear as possible and to provide, as the project
progresses, all explanations capable of making the process worry-free.
The ISO procedure obligates all lawyers in the Firm to comply with all
formalities subsequent to the execution of the deed (releases from liens
or mortgages, mailing of property titles, final settlement of accounts)
in order that our clients may receive a complete "finished product".
If necessary, we analyze, thanks to our own knowledge and to the references
of the Chamber of Notaries, the consistency of the prices of contemplated
sales.
