Accounting
Apart from the customary accounting of a Notary's Office, we know how
to organize specific processes for the sale or acquisition of real estate
portfolios, which may require a very large number of accounting entries
in a single day.
The activity of each of the Firm's lawyers is subject to an annual budget
projection and to quarterly budget controls, thus enabling us to benefit
from reliable forecasts and to propose a procedure of sound disclosure
to our clients.

Information System
In the 1990s, the Firm was one of the initiators of the "Jurismatic"
instrument drafting software. Since, we have always made sure that we
have the technologies that best match our needs.
We have successively moved from macro-computing to micro-computing to
a central server, and now to an internet-intranet-extranet network.
We create specific interactive on-line software packages with which we
can write instruments at high speed and in complete security.
For certain clients with which we have recurring activities, we develop
a "client space" accessible from our website. It enables us,
as well as each of the players involved, to be fully informed of the services
of the Firm and of any of its partners.
We consider that the disclosure from which our clientele benefits is an
engine of continuous improvement of its performance.

Documentation
Over many years, the Firm has accumulated a substantial library containing
the necessary legal books, reviews and encyclopedias. Each day, a lawyer
and documentalist engages in legal watch and distributes information to
all members of the Firm (Juris-Infos and Immo-Infos) via the intranet.
He is also available to them – and to our clients – when they
need help in their legal research (texts, case law, theme file, etc.).
This way, he adds to the internal "knowledge sharing" databank.
Lastly, each quarter our clients receive the "Cheuvreux Newsletter",
a legal news review in our areas of competence, and, depending on breaking
news, is warned of different real estate and real property management
reforms by e-mail (@ctu-Immo and @ctu Patrimoniale).

Electronic record keeping
A Notary's Office must keep custody of its instruments
for 100 years! We digitize all contracts and their appendices so as to
be able to access them in real time. This also allows us, for certain
contracts to which our clients must often refer, to issue copies of deeds
and annexes in the forms of CDs or DVD-ROMs.

Quality Approach
In
keeping with our desire to move forward and to guarantee that our clients
retain a control of our services adequate to their needs, the Firm has
instituted a Quality Management System. This system of organization was
validated by obtaining the ISO 9001, 2000 version, on April 2, 2003.
The originality of this approach, validated by AFAQ, is that the certification
covers not only the domain of contracts and consulting, but also the process
of design and development of projects, i.e. the definition of a specific
plan for the strategic needs of the client.
